...Let's Have Some Fun, This Beat Is Sick...

It appears I have reached an artistic block ever since I finished college- arghhhh. I feel like i'm neglected you all with lack of new photographs which isn't good considering I'm coming up to my 10,000 kiriban, you need some new photos to look at. It's pretty amazing considering I've only been here a year. You people are amazing. It's been fantastic to see my daily pageviews hit an average of 16, to be getting at least one action and/or comment a day and to currently have 65 watchers- Wow, I never imagined getting to this stage! I'm so, so greatful to you allllll :D I'm planning on gracing you all with a new self portrait for my kiriban, so stay tuned, I know a few of you really want to see more of me (God knows whyyyy).

But going back, I feel I am a bit stuck in a rut with my photography (until September anyway- if you're not sure what i'm on about read below). I have so many ideas which are so hard to actually put into action considering lack of money, transport, models, hair stylists and makeup artists. (Where are they all?!) I swear it's impossible to track down high fashion hair and makeup artists in Bedfordshire. Apart from my friend Emma who worked with me on the Antoinette shoot, I haven't sourced anyone who has a crazy expressionistic portfolio. Maybe I'm just being too picky at the moment, but I'm getting so annoyed at the fact I have so much time over Summer and not being able to use it to my advantage, blarghhhh. my last two photoshoots I think I really picked up the pace and produced my best work to date and it's frustrating for me to think of some of the pictures I could be making if I just had all the components. If anyone can give me some contacts or advice, I'd love you forever. I haven't felt this down about my photography in a long time!

AHHHH! I can't tell you how excited I am :D It's going to be such an experience, I swear to god i'm going to be semi starstruck for a while hehe! The first day is based around alternative fashion and lighting and then the second day is modern boudoir and nudes. I'm going to be the baby of the group from the looks of things, but it's going to be INCREDIBLE :D

My camera sees what my eyes see.

I am entirely self-taught and promoted, although I might not have all the technical techniques that a photography student would have, I capture moments in time as an artist would.

My style is easily recognised by natural beauty and light, bright colours and contrasts with the odd photoshop manipulation thrown in for good measure.
